4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Photography Sessions

• All bookings must be made through our online booking system
• Session fees and packages are subject to change
• Payment or deposit may be required to confirm your booking
• Session details and pricing will be confirmed via email

4.2 Studio Rentals

• Studio rental bookings are subject to availability
• Rental fees must be paid in advance or at the time of booking
• You are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property
• Studio must be left in the condition it was received

4.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard
• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 3 days in advance automatically
• Reschedule requests within 3 days require approval
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Payments and Pricing

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

• PayPal (credit/debit cards)
• Account credits (where applicable)

5.2 Pricing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Session fees are separate from print/product costs
• Custom packages may have different pricing structures
• Prices are subject to change; your quoted price is locked at booking

5.3 Refunds

• Session fees are generally non-refundable
• Refunds for prints/products are handled case-by-case
• Defective products will be replaced or refunded
• Weather-related cancellations by us result in full refunds or rescheduling

6. Photography and Image Rights

6.1 Copyright

All photographs taken by Beauty and Nature Photography are protected by copyright law. We retain full copyright ownership of all images. You receive a license to use the images as specified in your package or agreement.

6.2 Usage Rights

• Personal use: You may use images for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Commercial use: Requires written permission and may incur additional fees
• Digital downloads include rights for personal printing and sharing
• You may not edit, alter, or claim ownership of the images

6.3 Model Release

By booking a session, you grant us permission to use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt-out in writing.

6.4 Uploaded Content

For images you upload for printing services, you represent that you own the rights or have permission to print and distribute those images. You retain ownership of uploaded content.

7. Print Orders and Fulfillment

• Print orders are fulfilled by third-party partners (Finerworks, Printify)
• Delivery times vary based on product and shipping method
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Color accuracy may vary between screens and prints
• You are responsible for verifying order details before purchase
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

8. Digital Content and Gallery Access

• Online galleries are password-protected and accessible for a limited time
• Digital downloads are provided in high-resolution format
• You are responsible for backing up your digital files
• We are not liable for lost or corrupted files after delivery
• Gallery access may expire after a specified period

9. Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff
• Use automated systems to scrape or download content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures (PayPal, print vendors, etc.)
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Weather, illness, or emergencies may require session cancellation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beauty and Nature Photography from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
